Center for Cryptography and Cybersecurity

The Center carries out cutting edge research in Cryptography and Cybersecurity. Important areas of focus include classical, quantum and post-quantum cryptography and cryptanalysis, network, cyber and systems security, and privacy preserving mechanisms. The research and development agenda includes both theoretical and translational research in these areas. This is achieved by fostering collaborations with stakeholders like the academia and the industry.

The other thrust area of the Center is training and pedagogy. It offers long-term and short-term research opportunities at the postdoc, PhD, M.Tech RA, predoctoral, and intern levels, along with training programmes, workshops, and boot camps for experienced professionals as well as undergraduate and graduate students.
